Catfish 5. Old friends playing old time, countrified funk jams. Each one of us has been playing in various bands for the past 20 years, and collectively have shared the stage with the likes of the Commodores, Medeski Martin and Wood, Fishbone, Debbie Harry, and Merle Saunders.

Now, we are The Catfish 5. We got together out of a love for music, but we had no idea what would happen when we crammed five different musical personalities into one tiny band. By smearing the rules, a sonic Frankenstein was born. The music is funky, with some bluegrass and country flavors, with just a hint of old school rock.
